First graders on up are invited to join us for a day of knitting and doing good. We’ll have tons of yarn, lots of needles, patient instructors, and snacks to bring new and experienced knitters together to create scarves for this year’s “Scarves in the Park”, a community project that provides free scarves, mittens, and hats to those in need. Spend the day with us or just an hour or two — whatever fits your schedule.

No experience needed, but if you have knitting needles at home we encourage you to bring yours along. No need to preregister; this is a free, open-house style event.
